I’m 19 and my co worker is old( idk like between 50 and 70) she is constantly in trouble for starting shit with other coworkers and having a nasty attitude. She constantly goes out of her way to say rude and unnecessary things to people. She’s already been talked to by the team lead about it. I’ve been working with her more than usual this week and she makes sure to give me all of the unwanted tasks. Including but not limited to, taking pallets to the back, taking back cardboard, capping bins in the back of the freezer, and always always making me run the difficult freight. And to top it off she talks to me like I’m stupid and tells me really obvious things over and over like I’m doing it wrong. (I’m not) Yesterday someone spoke to her the way she spoke to me and she was absolutely livid! She freaked out and gave that other woman a piece of her mind and threatened to leave work early. And she said to me “ she can’t talk to me like that. I’m not just some 20 year old I’m older than her she can’t talk to me like that.”
