It's just a little silly and personal cover photo.
Someone from marketing has asked me to remove it as it 'breaks company policy' and ' diminishes ' the marketing teams hard work.
I'm proud to be working where I am and enjoy my job. But my personal social media shouldn't affect anyone. It seems like such a little thing to pick at. They asked nicely but I don't really want to take it down.
Can they enforce this?
