Just had to fire somebody for saying,
“Man, “”LGBTQ+”” Is just a fancy way of saying 'I fuck kiddies in their tiny holes' “
I tried to get said person into the back room after the comment, but he he refused. So I fired him, infront of a packed store, and wasn't quiet about it.
My store has video/audio recording, he said this infront of 42+ people, during Peak sales at my sportswear store.
My DM(boss) is already pissed, and yelled at me about firing a key when it's hard to hire right now, but I'm not gonna risk losing 3 keys for the sake of one worthless one that has a history of shitty comments and behaviour.
