Just received notice that work is ending our overnight shifts, which the entire crew specifically chose to accommodate our availability.

Now we all have to either quit this job, quit our day jobs, or completely fuck over the sleep schedule we've adapted to so we can work day shift. To make things worse, those who stay and transition to day shift will have their hours drastically cut (from 32-40 down to 24). This cut not only affects paychecks, but also health benefits and time off accrual. Additionally, those who stay and work days will be paid less per hour, as overnights included a differential. Just when I thought I'd found a company that actually gives a shit about their workers…
