And is long overdue. The long-held practice of the people on top of the company getting 95% of the money and perks and having the hundreds of people under them fight each other for the scraps and to see who will do the most for the least, that is ending. Part of what allowed that to go on for so long was the pro-capitalist and individualistic mentality we've been raised with of “that could be me someday” is also going away. People want fairness and a good life for everyone. Less work, less stress, more living. People realizing you don't need to be rich to have a good life, you just need less work, less stress, and a BIT more money. The days of kings and peasants are coming to an end. If everyone adopts this mentality, including the guy they hire after firing you, then they will be forced to change. If we stick up for each other like one giant union and provide advice and employer consequences when they try their games, they will be forced to change.
We have the power, they are nothing without us. Thank you all and keep it growing.
