what do I do if I see an employee being treated badly by both my managed and boss/owner?

I am a pretty good employee so I usually fly under the radar at work. But I've noticed that one particular employee has been a target for both the owner/boss and manager. It's a really small company so we do not have an HR department. So whatever the manager says to the boss is “what happened”. I have worked for about a year and noticed that the manager (who is illegal) seems to pick on certain new employees and have even ran them out of the job. My boss is very biased and so is the manager. They have both admitted this out loud infront of everyone. I've even seen my boss yell at multiple employees infront of everyone. This is normal apparently. One employee always has to go to her psychiatrist and is in regular therapy sessions. But when she requests days off to see her doctors the boss…

I've heard the manager even talking crap about everyone to her little cronies (her favorite employees)in Spanish.

I've seen my manager and boss both let another employee yell and bully this employee infront of everyone. They said nothing and did nothing!

Well, last week the employee went up to clear the air and discuss the bullying, and nepotism at work. Well, guess what, they (manager and boss) brought in another employee (the bully) to the conversation and (from the looks of what happened) they all backed her up into a corner and basically intimated her into quitting.

The issues that were presented were not solved because the next day my boss started to come to me and discuss the employees lunch breaks and her favoritism. She said she favored me as well, like that makes it all better.

I told my boss that another employee has nothing to do with me and she should stop discussing this with me because I am not in management at all. She was trying to prove her case as to why she treats the said employee the way she does.(I said something to my boss earlier that day and stood up for the employee because she wasn't there and the boss and Manger were b*txhing about her to the rest of the employees.)

This has happened multiple times to multiple people who have worked there. That is why there is such a high turnover rate there.

I really need some advice on this situation. I feel like I need to do something because these two are abusing their power and have been for the last decade.

LSS: COWORKER IS BEING BULLIED AND HARASSED AT WORK BY BOTH MY BOSS AND MANAGER. THEY BULLIED HER INTO QUITING AND I CANNOT SEE THIS KEEP HAPPENING.
