I hate these stupid games corporations play. I have a specialized job with a certain hard to find skill set. I've been there 5 years so I asked for more money in October but HR said there's no money. So I asked for a senior title in December which I also didn't get. So I got a new job and my current job was able to counteroffer with the new Senior title along with $14,000 and 5% yearly bonus. Uh. Gee. Thanks. Where the hell were you a few months ago? Now they're fucked. It's gonna be so expensive to outsource my job until they find a viable candidate.
