Boss fired me and now I’m king of the world.

So I work for a multi billion dollar company as an intern, my boss demanded for months that I stay behind everyday and plow the fields behind our office as he would lord over myself and colleagues wearing a large cowboy hat, his hands on his belt buckle. Eventually I was tired for this and decided to quit, quickly getting a job within a week, I naturally wasn't scared of the financial repercussions of quitting on the spot as I was beyond tired with this guy and it would interfere with the story. Anyway, I got an interview with the CEO of a new company who agreed to not only pay me triple my original wage, but also gave me the keys to his office, his wallet and proclaimed me king of the world. He's agreed to hold me up like Rose in titanic in front of the board next…

My old company fell apart within minutes of me exiting the door as I am simply the glue that binds this huge firm, last time I saw my old boss? He was selling oranges by the side of the highway.
