I worked as a welder and ONLY CNC programer/operator at whole company.
From start it was a great job, really good wage, great working environment and all.
But after 2 years the company was sold and the new owner come to make a mess.
First he started to make easy things diffucult.
Like, it takes about 4-7 hours to make one our product, and a new owner wanted it to be done differently, but to make it different it took us about 2 hours longer than a normal way.
He was pissed at us because it took us longer to do, so he cut our wages by half, a fucking half. Because we '' didn't do the work on time”.
After that, he stopped buying us basic stuff like welding gloves and so on …
When some machine broke, he refused to call an repair man to fix it, so we had to repair the machine ourselves.
Last thing was in winter, our heater broke down and we were forced to work in -7°c ( 19.39°f) because our boss refused again to buy a new heater or repair the old one.
So I quit, and now they dont have CNC programer, I also took all my programs and technical documentation with me and they had to stop the production,
