At my last work site I got some abuse from a team leader, thankfully that leader was on final warning and when I spoke with the manager it was made very clear to the TL what was going to happen If I proceeded to corporate.
Ever since then until I quit I kept a list of any serious violations that management or staff I didn't like did. Things that would void insurance and broke other serious polices.
I never disclosed the list to anyone, except as a joke one to another staff member, so I'd like to hear people thoughts about this. I wouldn't be comfortable using it as blackmail, and legally I would be fucked for doing so but I kept that info as a nuclear option. If my manager had seriously pissed me off, or been highly abusive or the like I could tank his career.
I've seen people suggest you keep tracks of abusive managers so you can report them later so I ask why not keep track of all of them?
