Scenario: I'm currently living on country Y and I'll move to country X in two months. I'm currently working remotely for a company that's located in country A, they pay me in my currently currency and it's not worth to keep working with them when I'm out of my country at all. They're not whiling to high my salary or pay me in dollars anyway.
The company is not good, it was in the beginning but they started acting like super assholes, delaying ppl payment in the last 3 months and some other things. I don't have rights, they hired me in a way that they don't pay me any rights and they also don't pay taxes by doing this. I know that i agreed but I needed the money to survive anyway.
My thing is, I'll probably move in the beginning of the month, but i won't be able to wait for the next payment so I'll be still working while already out of my country, they know that this will make me quit but they probably think that I'll stay at least for the end of the year (bc they have a really.high demand during this season). I'm not sure if I should tell them that I'll quit and take the risk of them not paying my next salary or just take my money and say I'm out mf.
I don't want to be a clown but I also feel bad by being an asshole
