After months of misery and not seeing eye to eye with my boss, my boss put me on a “performance improvement plan” even though I have rave reviews from my colleagues and customers. My company told me I could either try out the plan or just take a package and leave.
Taking the package and getting the hell out. I already have some interviews lined up for new jobs anyway. I just can’t wait to be done with my boss and our shitty systems and processes.
I’ll never let a job make me feel this way again.
