Quiet quitting would be trying to quit without your employer to know but leading him to fire you because you are basically a waste of time and money for the company,..
Here are some of my basic 123 to the quiet quitting.
Be a jerk on purpose,.. try to do things wrongly on purpose, teach them nothing is foolproof, make mistakes, dont agree on extra time if its not paid,.. let as much to do for you or your superiors as you can.
Take all the sick days you can,.. go to a psychiatrist and let him give you a license to rest and heal your mental (as far as I know you can get quite some days that are paid)
Dont do anything that will make you get fired with a justified cause… incompetence its not a reason to legally fire you without them to pay you.
