There is proof that I’m being docked, my paycheck hours don’t match my time cards, There is proof that i did my job and worked my full 8 hours (cameras all in the shop)
My sister is the person who writes my checks, the one who docks me, the one who bullies me (she picks on me personally when shes mad), lies and says “i dont work” and uses that as an excuse to dock me. I go to my dad (the owner & boss) about every situation that happens, (the docking / bullying) and nothing gets done about. Today he told me not to come into work because theres too much drama revolving around me, and he says he doesn’t have time to deal with it.. but wont fire me. I have plenty of texts from him stating these things.
By the books i am an electrician, i make and wire up panels and other various things for the company, but i have no certificate or degree, i was just taught by my dad how to do my job. I dont have a HS diploma or GED so i cant just go into the same job line (i made about 20$ an hour before taxes). This is not the first time ive been “kept home” like this but i am tired of it. My sister gaslights me constantly and does all this, but i get punished & overall nothing is done about it.
what can i even do in this situation?
