To clarify I work at a company that is mainly M-F, 9-5 with very rare exceptions. My boss keeps texting me when I am on PTO or on weekends. I have asked her to stop especially since it’s nothing urgent (furniture donation and IKEA shopping questions) and these can wait until Monday.
Should I go to HR? My boss thinks it isn’t a big deal because it’s only a few minutes of my day but I get really annoyed each time she does it because I don’t want to think about work on my time off.
