reason #45894 why I want to quit: they do what they want with me.

Not sure this is the right place, but I just came out of vacation and on my first day back at my job I'm already pissed. I'm already looking at other options, but if things get any worse I'll maybe just.. quit without something lined up. One problem that pisses me off a lot is that whatever I say isn't taken seriously, or only taken serious for a while and then its back to whatever. case #1 is the desinfectant. after the covid lockdown we had to use a desinfectant everywhere for safety reasons. but on day 2 or 3 I was sitting at work with my nose itching and burning, sneezing literally every 2 or 3 minutes over and over and over again, and my nose running with what was essentially water.. yea, I had a severe reaction to the desinfectant, so we all agreed to not use it…

case #1 is the desinfectant. after the covid lockdown we had to use a desinfectant everywhere for safety reasons. but on day 2 or 3 I was sitting at work with my nose itching and burning, sneezing literally every 2 or 3 minutes over and over and over again, and my nose running with what was essentially water.. yea, I had a severe reaction to the desinfectant, so we all agreed to not use it at least on most surfaces we use.
About a month later, my nose starts running again, same effect, after 2 or 3 days I ask the cleaning staff and sure enough, they started using that desinfectant on all surfaces again. This time they also used it on doors and tables, so I must've got it on my fingers and accidentally into my nose when I scratched it, so the effect was fairly severe. They promised to not use it again.
A few months later, the same spiel again. and a few months later, AGAIN. Just recently it happened again and if it happens again, I won't say a word and just.. fill up every trash can with tissues until they understand.

Case #2 is what pisses me off though because it just happened today. See, I had surgery in december for a ruptured hernia. As a result, I can't do some tasks because it will start to hurt in the place they inserted the net and stitched it up, which gets a bit painful still. Anyway, when they started suggesting a new program for our guests, I told them explicitly “I will not do that, the program runs too long and it will hurt me”. They agreed on it. This program requires us to perform exercises in front of a lot of people, and the program they want to do is 45 minutes long. It's already a struggle for me to do the short, 20 minute program, that's why I said I wouldn't do the long one in any case.
Today I came back from vacation, and what do I see in my shift plan? they changed the plan so I would have to do this program. There is no chance of miscommunication, they know I won't do it because its painful, but because there are only 2, maybe 3 people willing to do it in total, I expected them to kinda force it on me eventually. Of course, the guy who brought things in motion to get this program public is one of the few people unwilling to do it himself..

It just pisses me off. Plenty of things wrong with my workplace, I just came out of vacation with a good mood and it got immediately crushed within the first day. And everyone expects me to just accept it, because they do so as well..
