Why would capitalism fund education and it's workers properly? All that would do is enlighten minds to how this economic system exploits the working class. Instead pay teachers next to nothing, over worm them to the point of exhaustion and see students continue to regress in their academics. Oh but don't worry the rich will get to go to private schools and get a great education
