Is my boss religiously bigoted and retaliating against me?

The company I was hired for used another employee as the excuse for why I couldnt have sundays off for church. In July 2021 that employee quit and I requested Sundays off, my request was ignored or told no in July, August, and November. In February I got covid bad and was home 2 weeks, in that time i talked to dept of labor and a few other business owners all saying that the company has no reason to deny my reasonable request and I am protected by EEOC and civil rights act. I thus told the company I was done doing Sundays, and made it clear to hr these various protections. I come back from covid and my first week I notice I'm scheduled for Sunday. I inform my boss multiple times I won't be in and schedule needs to be changed, he flat out refuses and has the district manager call me and try to intimidate me, again I explain the EEOC guidelines and he blatantly thinks they dont apply, even though dept of labor disagrees. I explain you can't force me to go against my religion and the simple fact that others have been allowed to practice their religion but I cant could be considered discrimination as you cant pick and choose who gets to worship; the conversation ends with me saying you need to speak to hr. This week my boss called me up to office and tried to give me a write up for a no call/no show knowing I wouldnt be there and wrote another week schedule, scheduling me for Sunday again. Whenni contacted hr she claimed the district manager told her wed come to an agreement I would work Sundays, not true at all. I've currently filed an EEOC complaint and don't know what else to do. I'm a hard working veteran who has never been fired or penalized at a job and feels my company is trying to do my wrong. The parent company is CNRG and has a lot of bad reviews from past employees I just never thought I'd be in this situation.
