My last job, I quit because they changed my job duties entirely 75% of the way through training from desk work to physical work. The job before that, I practically lived at work and was on call 24/7. I was essentially their work slave. I now look at Indeed and there is really nothing I really love or like. The benefits are bad, the pay isn't up to par, and they want you to live and give your soul to your workplace. How do you find something that doesn't make you cringe? A job that is withstandable? or something you love?
I'd love to work for myself in time, but don't exactly have the means for that as of now.
