Just got to use this with my gf.
She's been working at hotel for 7 months or so. Under 2 different agencies. The first agency was a shambles and regularly underpaid her. We got most of the money owed, and there's a complaint in with HMRC (we're in the UK) for the rest.
This new agency seemed good, first pay was perfect, management improved etc. At least for the first couple of weeks. Now however they've started the same shit.
My gf isn't very confrontational and usually just asks them to fix it when they can. I'm the opposite and have had to stop myself going in and making things worse.
But today we went through what they are doing and how she's getting paid under minimum wage currently with what they are doing. After a long conversation, i told her something I keep seeing on this sub. Told her to keep it in her head and say it to herself when they start making excuses.
