They will claim to create a positive and respectful environment but will dismiss any suggestion they dislike using highly subjective bollocks
They will claim to be fair but will arbitrarily decide wages based solely on their whims
They will claim to create an inclusive environment but will only be inclusive to diminish others or put themselves on a moral pedestal
They will claim to give a chance to beginners but use that as a pretext to only hire people they can control
And worst of all, contrary to the run of the mill rightwing authoritarian boss, they will advertise themselves as a caring and progressive person and much too many people will believe their lie.
