Work From home likely to be denied?

I was just hired by a company back in July. The recruiter, the interviewer and the CEO of the company told me the job would be 3 days office, 2 days from home after 3 months of training. 3 months have passed and now my manager (who didnt even interview me) is telling me that she is going to review my WFH condition; she is going to contact HR about it; she also told me this will mess up the team dynamic. she also told me she will need approval from the team lead. I have to say that the team lead does not like me at all. The job that I do is a desktop job that can be done anywhere. Please advise me what to do because my meeting with her will be this upcoming Monday to determine my eligibility to work from home. I cant afford quitting…

Thanks a lot.
