I E-Mailed my boss asking for a more livable wage & to work Fully Remote.

This was Wednesday & I have yet to get a response. I already work partially remote so I’ll be back in the office on Tuesday. Part of me wants to just submit my two weeks on Monday bc even if he says yes I know this job isn’t my long term plan. It’s just a pretty shitty unorganized company. I don’t feel any growth here.

I wish he’d respond I just want to plan the rest of my life already. Should I follow up? Or let him keep thinking about it? How long is unusual to not get a response?
