Today was my last day at a very stressful, thankless job as a manager. I spent my years fighting for my employees for better work culture, pay and environment and I am exhausted physically, emotionally and mentally. I worked until 7 tonight (started at 6:30am) to make sure they were set after I leave. They are the reason I stayed as long as I did… but I cannot anymore. Time for a new chapter
