capitalism is broken

manager of a Italian restaurant 5 years experience and the restaurant makes my yearly pay in 3 days. worked in house longer than any other employee, as i said 6 years experience and the closing nightly manager.. my pay is 9.50 a hour. where do i go from here?? when i'm 45 will i make 13.25 a hour? why is there no standards?
