I’m 28 and hate it here.
Anyway, For the last month I’ve been preparing to put my house on the market, quit my job, and travel. So I was going to put my 2 weeks in on March 15th (idk why, i just had that in my head). Yesterday I had a scheduled zoom call with the new head of sales. He said I’m being laid off along with the rest of the sales team. But I’m being given an 8 week severance package along with other benefits.
i think i just hit the lottery on getting laid off
Any advise on severance packages before I sign this?
