I had a win at work today My manager thinks critiquing others work and finding flaws is her intelligence superpower. Months of her throwing up roadblocks, checking and triple checking my drafts before I’m allowed to do anything, always coming back w corrections and changes reflective of her personal anxieties and processes, mandating that everyone must authentically like and agree to the new organisational process I’m designing for ALL our projects before I implement it…and I finally got the green light today. It’s literally some of the highest praise I’ve heard from her, directed at anyone, in my 9 months in this department. Send help. Resume help.
