This meme says it best I feel like the amount of willing compromise given and praised in this sub is a massive disservice to yourself and everyone else forced to work as a means to an end. If you feel satisfied enough with better pay, hours, etc. you are pro-work. If you're satisfied enough by getting to work from home forever you are pro-work. These are good things to have if you can take them sure, but you're not fighting against anything- only conceding.
