So my boss messaged me asking if I’d come in on a Thursday when I get Tuesday to Thursday off because that’s my agreement to working weekends. I got told it’s because a new important boss is coming in. She said I could have my Friday off without using pto if I come in. I said I’d rather have my four days off in a row. Then I got told it won’t reflect well with the team because everyone will be there. My mom told me I should bend a little and just do it, and how I should realize most people don’t get three days off. I still work 40 hours for it so I don’t see how that matters…I’m not wrong about being upset by this, right?
