I applied for a construction company, I've been doing construction most of my working life. My resume is well suited to the job and it's not very hard work, like at all. Anyway the interviewer started asking me the standard questions and then he asked how old I was (not legal here in Canada to do) and I told him (I'm in my late 30's).
He said that he normally doesn't hire people that old but is willing to give me a shot. I accepted the job offer and will not be showing up on Monday because fuck that toxic shit.
