How do I force my workplace to give us our by law required brakes?

The rules in the Netherlands are as follows. adult: When more than 5.5 hours are worked per shift, your employee is entitled to a break of 30 minutes. If you are 16 or 17 and work more than 4.5 hours, you are entitled to a half hour break. You are also entitled to extra rest periods. I am 17, work shifts from 17.00 to 22.30, I don’t get an half hour brake, I don’t get any actually. My work doesn’t do shit with the feedback we give them, can I contact a union or something? I will leave this place within a month or so, but would like to leave it better then when I joined.
