Force companies with over 100 employees, to list turnover % on job postings.

I personally know a few large companies that have quietly stoped assigning employee numbers until their 2nd or 3rd promotion. All due to turnover being at unprecedented levels. Their ability to churn is the core of 90% of what workers complain about on here. I’m not sure where it would start. Lobbying, petitions? At the very least it should be the first question you ask an employer before you take the job. “I’m going to need total honesty here. This job listing has been up for a while yet I was able to get an interview pretty quickly. What is the yearly turnover rate for this position?”
