My SO is taking his “1 week paid time off” right now. And no one is going to do his job while hes “away”
So this means he either still has to work remote everyday during our vacation time together. Or he has to return to twice the amount of work and do “catch up” and overwork himself when he returns.
This should be illegal and not something we should have to worry about. What a fking scam. Paid time off is there so people can focus on THEIR LIVES. Its suppose to benefit workers. Not create stress.
Shame on so many businesses! (MOST!)
