I’m amazed people go about their days as workers are continuously financially assaulted by large companies.

The conditions and pay typically don’t let people live decent lives. It’s difficult to be self supporting and employees are commonly asked to do the jobs of two people. Often, there are not many plans or realistic discussions in place about how organizations are run.
