Wish you could bash former employers on resumes and applications

I’ve been applying for jobs for weeks now, and every time I have to type in the information for one of my past jobs, I’m just sick to my stomach. I was the CSR and had to say the info almost 100 times a day. The job was the worst I’ve ever had. There was -0- healthcare, the owner was manipulative. He could convince you of anything, but he was just a liar. I was promised a promotion once the new head of the shop wasn’t cutting it, and instead I was working 6 days a week 9 or 10 hours a day for 3 months to pick up the other guys slack. No promotion, and no raise. There were times we straight up didn’t get paid. Oh, and the kicker? They never sent me a W-4 last year so I I could file my damn taxes. And the W-4…

Oh, and the kicker? They never sent me a W-4 last year so I I could file my damn taxes. And the W-4 they sent this year was WILDLY inaccurate. Like fraud/embezzlement inaccurate. The BBB knows, the IRS knows, but I still got penalized when trying to do my taxes this year.
Oh, and the shop manager had severe anger issues and I got stuff thrown at me a lot.
But, it’s the job with the most relevant experience for the jobs I’m looking for now.
So when an application asks, “reason for leaving,” I just want to throw up.

Tldr: Jobs that are looking to hire people should mind their fucking business about your past employers, because they’ll probably take the employers side. And that’s just bullshit
