How to handle am exit Interview where I don’t want to get into anything specific, yet also end on good terms?

I put in my resignation w/ 2 weeks recently and assured HR there was no particular event that occurred that made me want to leave (lol there definitely was). I said that I am pursuing a different opportunity after being pressed as to what changed. She directly asked me what the opportunity was and I said I would prefer to keep that information to myself at this time. She seemed taken aback. Among other things, I was told that they will conduct an exit interview. I want to leave on good terms and be able to use this as a reference, but I really don't want to have to get into specifics about how they could improve. Truthfully the types of changes that would be needed would never be done. She said that I would have to answer why I decided to look for other employment while employed with them.…

Among other things, I was told that they will conduct an exit interview. I want to leave on good terms and be able to use this as a reference, but I really don't want to have to get into specifics about how they could improve. Truthfully the types of changes that would be needed would never be done. She said that I would have to answer why I decided to look for other employment while employed with them. I felt like that was a dig. I just don't want to have to explain, and the truth is there is no special opportunity in particular. Tips? I feel I can't reject the exit interview because I want to end on good terms. The place is super toxic and I'm just tired.

Edit: also does anyone else have to sign something called a termination agreement? I was like I resigned though and she said yeah, but anyone leaving has to sign it and she'll make a note that I resigned.
