Alright guys, I have a Zoom call with a company tomorrow. They advertise that they are a start up and looking to train employees for financial services. Position would be remote, they pay for any licensing required, and they have not advertised pay, though there are several positions available.
Since it's a start up, I'm assuming there will be a little extra work that goes into it than usual because that's how start ups tend to work. You end up being a jack of all trades and getting your hands on some things that might not entirely pertain to your direct position until the lines become less blurred as time goes on.
What questions should I ask in this half hour interview? I want to be well prepared so I don't get screwed.
