Writing a book on customer services – need opinion

Hiiii, I want to write a book on the dumbest stuff customer that had to said or done to me, coworkers or any customer services reps. I want to discuss on how much customer services jobs really effects the workers mentally and physically traits. I feel people don't understand how emotionally draining customer service job is. People who isn't in customer services will say that the job is too easy or find another cs jobs or you don't need to get paid that well. Other things I want to include is the value of customer services in a company. The company will say that customer services is such an important job but we don't get treated as valued employee compared to the other workers. I.E why does every other employee get unlimited PTO and cs just get the bare minimum. So, the MAIN QUESTION is what do you want to…

So, the MAIN QUESTION is what do you want to see in this book? I really want the readers to feel empathy towards our cs workers and bring attention how fucking stupid customer really are. Like whenever customer pick up the phone and call, common sense or any logic goes out the door.

Background:
I have worked in the cs Industry for over 10 years now in the US and I have seen so much stuff that customer done and get away with. It's so baffling!!
