Basically was working in a pharmaceutical plant in Ireland as a external employee. Basically my employer said they said I wasn't at senior level. So I found employment elsewhere (Switzerland ,more money too better life too now). Well anyway it was a calibration role. So the irish plant missed routine cals because myself and another guy left for the same reasons. I celebrated them missing targets with some beer
