My job just slashed my crews hours by 57%

So my crews usual start time is 9:30PM and we end up finishing our jobs around 3:30-4:00 AM, the pay is $21.00 an hour with insurance and a “union” which is supposed to stand up for workers rights and defend the interest of the workers (it doesn't, it just keeps lazy people from getting fired). Yesterday we get our start times and it's 11:00PM, which is odd since that hasn't happened since pre-covid times back in 2019. We all go into work that night and the parking lot is full. Completely full. Every other crew within the entire company got called in at 9PM, the normal start time, except my crew and 3 others, and the 3 other crews perform the same tasks my crew does, just in different locations. We asked what was up with the change and the part time supervisor told us that 11:00PM is the new…

We asked what was up with the change and the part time supervisor told us that 11:00PM is the new start time for MY CREW ONLY!
So since I got my hours slashed by 57%, I will be lucky to get 4 hours a night, so my paycheck will only be $315 BEFOFE TAXES, 401K CONTRIBUTIONS AND UNION FEES!
I'm honestly afraid they'll enforce a pay cut to $15 or less and that isn't a livable wage.

Should I transfer areas to where I can get the hours, confront the union and make them change the hours back to normal or just look for a new job?

I'm honestly at my limit with this company.
Bonus points if you can guess the company I work for.

EDIT: So after taxes, 401k and union fees, I'd be lucky to bring home $200 a week.
My car insurance alone is $265 a month because where I live has the worst young male 18-25 driving record in America.
This is only my insurance, not counting groceries, bills like water and heat, rent, electric etc.
