I was a model employee. The facility had terrible management, from the very top down to the directors of specific departments. I voiced a few concerns that I believed needed to be brought to their attention. Fellow employees came to me with their concerns too and I did my job as best I could to help. Upper management said, “no it’s not” and “it wasn’t like that”. Nepotism? Potential sex offenders? At my 30 day review we agreed that this may not be a good fit for me because of my “beliefs”.
Not sure if anyone else has worked at a gym that you spell the name of but it’s not very fun when you work there.
