She was a pain, tried to fire me, and I filed an hr complaint against her for doing something questionably illegal like 8 months ago, so it's no longer valid, nor did I have documentation. So, I sent an email also asking her why she is so mean.
She proceeded to lie about me via email responding to me. (After I filed an hr complaint)
HR was able to determine she lied and promptly fired her.
This was in early August. She was fired later in the fall.
Question should I file a complaint with the labor board still to protect myself for being a massive shit stirrer?
