Telling your parents that you want to leave your job, they say why, and you list your reasons, then they cut you down, say that you should at least work a year there, and also you should better yourself before going to a new job. Even though my manager is borderline abusive to me and my coworkers, puts all of her stress on us, snaps at us for the littlest things, and works us until we drop dead then give us just one day off.
