The company I work for does everyone’s raises at the same time in March. The most anyone got was 2.5%
We’re super short staffed and I’m often doing the job of 2-3 people.
My review this year was “exceeds expectations” for every category and 31/34 so pretty fucking good.
But it was my attendance that’s lacking….
I had a fucking baby last year. I was sick my entire pregnancy and still only called in like once a month.
They told me this yesterday afternoon. So I called in today lol I’m updating my resume
