When you ask coworkers why they stay, most of us agree it is the staff relationships. We typically boost one another up and help one another when we're upset. It's a lot of support and I can't say I would have stayed here for 4 years if I didn't agree.

This morning, during our floor meeting, my supervisor told us that we are no longer allowed to socialize until our work is completed. It is such a slap in the face that we are so closely monitored and barely have support from administration, now the support we have from one another has a price tag attached. Now, we have to ASK 'are you completed with your work?' before we speak to one another.

This may be minute or silly compared to the other issues that everyone else has, but it just grinds my gears that we are infantilized to this degree.
