My managers manager called me on teams and said that there are other departments that really need to be filled. He said “I strongly encourage you to apply to them by the end of the day” I know you are a talented guy and we could really use you there. I am a mortgage consultant, obviously we are slow. I’m not sure whether I’m being phased our I’m not doing my job well. The other jobs he needs filled are not something I would wanna do at all. Not sure what to do
