You can be shit faced and still have a job.

Management literally has said you can come in high and shitfaced, but as long as you can do the job, we won't fire you. I don't know if I should be proud knowing that or just sad at this point. We are a high turnover company with toxic management styles. I don't blame anyone for walking out.
