We all pretty much get paid the same even though he drives the truck to move wares and I make the same collecting donations. We talked about how when any of us have mentioned to our boss that we need a raise he always says that they can't be cause we get bonuses all the time and that they give us turkey and hams for Easter and thanks giving. The bonuses rarely happen btw. The hams and turkey are nice but I really would prefer a living wage over free food.
I make 10 dollars an hour btw
Does anyone else work or has worked for a company that is like this.
