addressing some serious issues

So I'm having a work meeting this Saturday and I want to address a few things that I think are fundamental problems. There used to be a paper about sexual harassment posted in the kitchen, with some numbers to call and tips on how to behave. They decided to cover that with a list of things to do when we are slow. My point is that I think we need to be more vocal about resources for people who need them, and I feel like management is hiding those resources to protect certain people. How can I address this? And what additional resources should we have posted at my work? I want to stir the pot, and I want to open a discourse about the way we are getting shit on. At this point I'm not even worried about losing my job, I just want to make sure they know…
