A friend of mine that started to work at my job last year told our boss that he wanted to quit. Boss got really scared and tried to offer him a ton of shit to make him stay (but my friend said no, nothing could make him stay)
I’m wondering if I should do the same ? To try to get some of the perks (I’m the oldest member of the company, was even here before the manager while getting no perks) but I’m afraid he’ll call my bluff (I don’t have another job lined up and need the money) or just won’t care. (My friend is a pushover, over the year of him being here, they really screwed him in ways that I did not let happen to me, so maybe he just want to keep the pushover idk)
